          a.      employees of the University;
          b.      employees of a subsidiary company of the University; and
          c.      current students at the University.

3.      To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete all required details on the following entry form: https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=ur7mk6rEMUevXdc1sJfq2_60yqqrgD1ElRiOAunPAwVURjVJOFo5SVNSV0g5R0NXVTFDSkRTN0sxMS4u (“Entry Form”). If multiple entries per entrant for the same match are received, only the first entry submitted to the University by an entrant will be considered for the relevant Prize Draw. Entrants may submit the form multiple times, provided each submission selects a different match date that has not been previously chosen by the same entrant. Please note that additional tickets awarded to winners are not tracked through our entry mechanism, so it is possible for entrants to receive tickets more than once if they are selected as a guest of another winner.

5.      The University accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the University.

Each winner may receive up to 4 tickets in total for each match, in accordance with the number selected by the winner in their relevant Entry Form. If, at the time of an individual Prize Draw, there is an insufficient number of entries from either students or employees, the University may allocate the remaining tickets to the other group (e.g., student tickets may be awarded to employees and vice versa).

8.      Multiple winners will be selected for each Prize Draw through a random draw of the entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be conducted using a random computer process, and prizes will be allocated in the sequence outlined above. Multiple winners will be selected until all 40 tickets are given away, with the number of winners varying based on the number of tickets each entrant has requested. The draw will take place two weeks prior to each match, and tickets will be delivered digitally to the @herts.ac.uk email address provided by the entrant in their Entry Form.

9.      The University accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, additional travel expense).

Winners will be notified via their @herts.ac.uk email address (if a University student or employee or, if an employee of a subsidiary, to the email address provided on the relevant Entry Form) within 48 hours of the closing date of the relevant Prize Draw. Winners must acknowledge receipt of the email to claim their tickets. If a winner does not respond to the University within 48 hours of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the University reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the process described above.

11.   The winners of each Prize Draw will receive their tickets digitally approximately one week before the relevant match date.

In such circumstances, the University must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

13.   The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

14.   The University retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

15.   The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on the University’s reasonable request.
