External Funding
If you have secured a loan or scholarship payable directly to the University please email evidence to student-finance@herts.ac.uk. Any remaining balance of tuition fees due from the student will need to be paid as above.
Deferred Students
Students that defer their course start date to the following or subsequent year will pay the appropriate fee for their year of entry, not the fee quoted in their offer from their original application.
Students who suspend their studies will need to pay the relevant tuition fee liability for that academic year. If that student returns to study, they will be charged for any repeated modules and the remainder of their course in line with fee liability.
Any student who is enrolled on a `deferred module’ that was recommended from a previous academic year, will not be charged for those deferred modules again but would be required to pay for the remainder of their course fee up to 100% of the original cost, within the academic year they return. The course fee will only be charged once. Further information can be found on AskHerts.
Sponsored Students
If a company or employer is paying your tuition fees, you will need to provide evidence to sponsored-student@herts.ac.uk or visit one of the Ask Herts Hubs. You will be liable for your fees if we do not receive a signed agreement form from your sponsor or if your sponsor fails to pay. Further information can be found at go.herts.ac.uk/sponsoredfees If you are part sponsored any remaining balance of tuition fees due from the student will need to be paid as above.
