2024/25 (PG) - UH Online Postgraduate (including SkillEd) Payment Dates

2024/25 Payment plans for UH Online courses* for self funding Postgraduate students

This information is for UH Postgraduate Online students only.  

UH Online refers to the University courses which at the time of initial application by the student are advertised as being an online course, which means that they are designed to be delivered, taught and assessed via web-based learning. UH Online does not refer to any programme which was intended to be campus based and due to circumstances has been amended to be delivered wholly or partly online.

For UH Online postgraduate students, the amount of tuition fees you need to pay depends on the number of credits (modules) you  are studying this year . 

The University offers a variety of ways in which you can pay your Tuition Fees:

  • 100% payment before registration (i.e. full fee per level/ course)
  • 100% payment per Semester (i.e. full fees for all modules taken within a Semester)

       o For study starting  by 16th September 2024 - pay by 6th September 2024

       o For study starting  by 11th November 2024   – pay by 1st November 2024

       o For study starting  by 20th January 2025   - pay by 10th January 2025

       o For study starting by 17th March 2025  – pay by 7th March 2025

       o For study starting  by 26th May 2025 - pay by 16th May 2025

       o For study starting  by 21st July 2025 – pay by 11th July 2025

Where possible these arrangements can be set up on our recurring card payment system so that the balance can be taken from your account automatically and the receipts emailed to you. 

These payment options can be set up using the Tuition Fee Payment (UHOnline) option on our online payment portal herts.ac.uk/makeapayment  You will need your Student ID number and a valid UK debit/credit card.

* An instalment plan can only be entered into with a valid debit or credit card for recurring card payments. You will need to set up a new instalment plan for each module, depending on the start month to ensure that card details and course fees are still valid. It is the student’s responsibility to set up a new plan each Start month. If a plan is breached a new plan will not be offered.
