Keep in touch
As ambassadors for the University, you, our alumni, will always play a key role in ensuring our future success and there are plenty of ways you can get involved.
We will keep you posted about the latest news, events, success stories, benefits, job opportunities and other happenings at the University through:
Alumni Portal
Once you have registered on the portal you can create a profile, check and update your contact details, sign up for communications including our exclusive alumni e-newsletter, book onto events and reunions, and access alumni benefits including on-campus services.
Ongoing benefits and support
You can benefit from four years of support from our Careers and Employment Service to help get you started on your career path. You can get support face to face, online or even via Teams to:
- help you look for a job
- prepare your CV
- get interview techniques
- start your own business
The alumni community can support you after graduation whether you:
- want business advice from alumni who are established in their careers
- or are moving to another country and would like to speak to one of our international alumni ambassadors.
Support the next generation
As a member of our alumni community you could:
- Come back onto campus and inspire our students by sharing your experiences in the workplace, offering advice, or even providing work placements to a student in the future.
- Or contribute to the University Student Trust Fund, which enables all students – no matter what their financial or social situation – to access higher education. For more information or to donate, please get in touch with Hollie Rendall
