Lift out of service
Lift updates are posted on the Herts Mobile App.
To receive alerts, go to Settings > Notifications > Campus Service Updates and opt in.
- Report a broken lift or ask for an update: email estates@herts.ac.uk.
- Classes affected by a lift outage: if a lift is unavailable for an extended period and there is no alternative access, Timetabling will try to move classes to lower floors.
- Accessibility support: email studentwellbeing@herts.ac.uk if you need additional support.
