What can the Residential Allocations Team help with?
If you are already living in University accommodation and need help, the Residential Allocations Team offers free, confidential drop-in sessions.
You can get help with:
- accommodation applications
- room move requests
- booking enquiries.
These sessions are for accommodation-related queries only.

Book an accommodation support session
To book a one-to-one session:
- Complete the accommodation drop-in session form.
- Tell us what you need help with.
- Choose a suitable appointment time.
The Residential Allocations Team will confirm your session based on your availability.
