Changes to our online payment system

Old payment plans need to be moved from our old online payment provider WPM

In August 2019 our online payment provider changed from WPM  to Capita.    Since then we have been running two systems concurrently to enable all systems to be updated and payment plans to complete.  However, from December 2021 we lose WPM and  we will no longer have access to this systems so any remaining outstanding debt repayment plans  need to be moved to direct debits.

To set up a direct debit we would not require your credit or debit  card details but instead use your UK Bank Account Number and Sort Code.

If you do not have a UK Bank Account please contact us for other payment options.

A direct debit adds higher customer protection and gives you more control over the payments. You will also be protected by the  Direct Debit Guarantee upon set up and are able to cancel your direct debit at any time.
