Empower Hours
For female students and staff to come together, receive specialist guidance, and feel empowered in navigating challenges related to wellbeing, personal development, and lived experience.
These sessions are led by Rosie and Skye, our Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Service and will feature key sexual and domestic violence support services within Hertfordshire.

March 4th - featuring the Herts Domestic Abuse Helpline
April 1st - featuring Future Living
May 6th- featuring Safer Spaces
June 3rd- featuring the Domestic Abuse and Investigation Safeguarding Unit (DAISU)
July 1st- featuring the Independent Sexual Violence Advisory Service (ISVA)
August 5th - featuring Tami Addlestone from the Mental Health Team for a session on drugs and alcohol.
