If you are unable to wear a face covering we can support you to inform teaching and support staff through a Study Needs Agreement.
If you already have a lanyard or badge which has been issued to you by another organisation which offers exemption, you can wear that, but please do contact us as there may be other support we can offer you. We will also be able to issue you with a UH exemption card which may help you around campus.
If you do not already have an exeption lanyard, badge or card, please contact us and we can talk this through with you and if approrpriate we will give you an exemption lanyard and produce a Study Needs Agreement for you which will inform your teaching team.
You will need to provide evidence of your condition which will be held securely within Student Wellbeing.
To ensure the safety of all Students and Staff we will deliver an online and telephone based service. All of our advisors and counsellors are well equipped to work online, without compromising on the quality of the support we offer.
Face – face appointments will only be delivered for those with specific requirements and where online appointments are deemed unsuitable. In these cases, students’ needs will be assessed and UH and Government guidance will be followed at all times regarding face coverings and PPE
