Student Funding and Financial Support offer one-to-one drop-in session for students who would like support with their UFAF applications or have Student Loan Company fees and funding queries.
Please note, if you are self-funded and would like to discuss their outstanding debt please contact the Student Account Management Team's drop-in session page. Any Overseas fee payer querying payment of their tution fees will also need to contact the Student Account Management Team.
To book a drop-in session with us please complete our Drop-in sessions form to let us know what you would like to discuss and when you would like to attend.
If students wish to discuss their UFAF applications we ask that students attend the sessions with their application and supporting evidence. A member of the team will work with you to check that you have supplied everything required in order for us to asssess your application.
Students who have previously had their UFAF application returned due to missing evidence are particularly encouraged to attend.
These drop-in sessions are aimed at providing you with the resources and knowledge necessary to feel confident in managing financial issues, and ensuring you are getting your full funding entitlement.
