Business School students should enrol onto the above website so that it is visible on your Canvas dashboard so that you can easily access the monthly timetable of support.
CASE is made up of four skills teams who deal with different areas of support:
- The academic skills team deal with all requests related to communication (reading, writing, presenting), teamwork, critical thinking, referencing, academic integrity, time management, plus understanding and applying tutor feedback to your work.
Email: academic-skills@herts.ac.uk - The statistics and numeracy skills team deal with any math and statistical enquiries.
Email: case-numeracy@herts.ac.uk - If English is your second language and you are looking specifically for help with grammar and use of English, then the Academic English for Business (AEB) skills team offer support through a variety of channels; more information about this can be found on the Academic English for Business (AEB) programme site.
Email: hbsacademic-english@herts.ac.uk - The technology skills team deal with all software issues related to your studies at HBS such as Studynet/ Canvas, MS Office, MS Teams, and Qualtrics (for Nvivo access, please contact the Library Helpdesk).

While we do not read drafts of your work sent by email - nor do we proofread, or edit, your assessments - we can look at selected sections or paragraphs of your work together with you to facilitate learning conversations that will enable you to enhance your academic skills and the quality of your assessments to meet the expectations of Hertfordshire Business School
