Whatever you have come to university for, we want you to enjoy your experience. Looking after your health and wellbeing while you do this will help you to get the most from it.

We all need to look after our health and wellbeing – whatever our age, gender or lifestyle.  This not only helps to keep bugs and illness at bay, it will help you to live well, feel happy, have energy, make friends … (the list goes on and on). 

The Healthy Students pages will:

  • give you loads of information about different ways you can look after yourself
  • help you to be more self-aware to prevent illness
  • know where to go when you need a little help.
