What is the HIC refund Policy?
If you have overpaid fees or are eligible for a refund from Hertfordshire International College (HIC), the following rules apply:
- Refunds are paid to the original payer
Due to UK anti-money laundering regulations, refunds can only be sent back to the person and country where the payment was originally made. - Small refunds (up to £250)
These can be paid into your UK bank account if you are currently studying at HIC or the University of Hertfordshire.
Accommodation damage deposits can also be refunded to a UK bank account. - Refunds over £250
A £50 administration fee will be deducted.
Alternatively, the amount can be transferred to your University account instead of refunded.
