Our counsellors, mental health advisers and mentors want to listen to you and support you on your journey to living a happier and healthier life.
Our counsellors are experienced in a range of different therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, art therapy and will be able to find the best treatment option for you. You can also speak to one of our mental health advisers and mentors who will be able to support with managing any mental health conditions and guide you on your university journey.
