How do I access counselling support?
To access the Counselling and Therapy Service, complete the Student Wellbeing self-referral form.

Who can access counselling appointments?
Counselling appointments are available to University of Hertfordshire students.
Online, study abroad and college students are not eligible for counselling appointments. If this applies to you, you can access our free 24/7 wellbeing support helpline and app.
