MFA login error? Clear your browser cache

If you're having trouble logging in to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), clearing your browser cache may help resolve the issue. Choose your browser below and follow the instructions to clear cached files and cookies.

On this page:

Chrome 

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Select the three dots in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. In the search bar, type cache and select Clear browsing data.
  5. Choose a time range.
  6. Make sure Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are selected.
  7. Select Clear data.
  8. Restart Chrome.

Safari 

  1. Open Settings and select Safari.
  2. Select Clear History and Website Data (or Clear Cookies and Data, depending on your device).
  3. Confirm when prompted.
  4. Restart Safari.

Microsoft Edge 

  1. Open Edge and select the three dots in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings > Privacy, search and services.
  3. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
  4. Select Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.
  5. Select Clear now.
  6. Restart Edge.

Internet Explorer (IE) 

Internet Explorer (IE)

  1. Select the Settings (cog) icon.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Under Browsing history, select Delete.
  4. Select Temporary Internet Files and Cookies and website data.
  5. Select Delete.
  6. Restart Internet Explorer.
