Problems with your accommodation

If something in your accommodation is broken, damaged or not working.

On campus

Get in touch with your Accommodation Helpdesk so we can resolve any issues and get things back up and running for you.

If there is an urgent problem outside of office hours, please contact Security.

Examples of urgent maintenance problems would be:

  • Kitchen flooded
  • All the lights in your bedroom have stopped working
  • The electricity is not working
  • There is no hot water
  • I can't get in or out of my flat/bedroom door
  • The window is broken
  • A pipe is leaking
  • There is a fault showing on the fire alarm panel

Off campus

If you live in private rented accommodation, you should contact your landlord in the first instance.
