If there is an urgent problem outside of office hours, please contact Security.
Examples of urgent maintenance problems would be:
- Kitchen flooded
- All the lights in your bedroom have stopped working
- The electricity is not working
- There is no hot water
- I can't get in or out of my flat/bedroom door
- The window is broken
- A pipe is leaking
- There is a fault showing on the fire alarm panel
If you live in private rented accommodation, you should contact your landlord in the first instance.
