Re-enrolment for returning Student Route/Tier 4 students 21/22

All students must re-enrol each year. You must re-enrol every year, even if you are only taking deferred/referred modules.

IMPORTANT:   The University is planning to re-open for September 2021.

Please therefore ensure that you are making arrangements to return to campus for September 2021.  Remember - you need to be back on campus, through any quarantine and fully registered by the registration deadlines

Take a look at the Return to Campus video to get an idea of how things will work when you return in September.   Full details about our return to campus, the start of the new academic year and frequently asked questions are available on the Start of Term webpages

Research students should contact the Doctoral College team for information regarding returning to campus.

Steps to re-enrolment for Tier 4 returning students

Re-enrolment will be completely online this year.

1) Check for an email

You will receive an email from mid-August once Stage 1 online registration has opened.   The email will tell you how to access re-enrolment.  Make sure UH has the correct email address for you.

No email?  Check your junk/trash emails first. If you still haven't received an email, contact the Student Records & Enrolment team (SRE).

2) Complete online registration (called 'Stage 1')

Login as soon as you receive the email from the Student Records & Enrolment team.  Follow the instructions given and complete Stage 1 of your re-enrolment.  This will be a similar process to when you first started at UH.

All students must complete Stage 1 online registration  -  even you are on a work placement or study abroad year.

3) Pay your fees

Pay any tuition and accommodation fees.  Make a payment to the University or check your tuition fee liability dates.

4) Complete Stage 2 of re-enrolment

This is Stage 2 of your registration.   Once you have completed Stage 1, you will then be advised where to go online to complete your re-enrolment for 21/22.

IMPORTANT:

Remember - term starts on Monday 27th September.  You need to be back in the UK by your programmes latest date to register.

If you think you are not going to be able to be back in the UK and through quarantine before the registration deadline, please contact your Programme Leader via email - it may be that you have to defer studies for a while.

If you have changed address or been given a new passport/BRP, please also remember to update your Police Registration Certificate when you are back in the UK.

Dont forget to swipe your UH ID card when you are back on campus.
