Your sponsor must complete a sponsorship form to confirm payment of your tuition fees or provide a sponsorship letter on company headed paper. Payment terms are 30 days, a sponsor cannot pay by instalments. Sponsored students are not eligible for the University's Graduate Scholarship.
1. Complete the sponsor agreement form
Ask your employer or sponsor to complete the sponsor agreement form or write a letter confirming sponsorship.
*Please note that the University of Hertfordshire do not class a family member as a sponsor*
2. Send to Student Account Management
- New Students - Please email your sponsor agreement directly to Student Account Management at sponsored-student@herts.ac.uk
- Returning Students - Please email your sponsor agreement directly to Student Account Management at sponsored-student@herts.ac.uk
If we do not receive proof of your sponsorship within 14 days you will become liable for your tuition fees. If a sponsor fails to make payment you will become liable for the full tuition fees.
