Business Start-up Bootcamps

Bootcamp is an intensive 3-day event aimed at individuals or small groups who have a business idea or a start-up business in its early stages.

Through fun activities, interactive workshops, seminars and much more, you will gain skills to maximise the potential of your business.

The bootcamps run 3 or 4 times over the academic year, check Handshake for the next upcoming Bootcamp!

N.B: International students are able to work up to twenty hours per week, depending on your visa conditions. You can undertake most types of work but you must NOT engage in business or self-employment; or be employed as a professional sports person, entertainer or doctor in training, and cannot fill a permanent full-time vacancy. UH international students are also not eligible to undertake a self-employed placement year or placement working from home.

If you are a student working at the University of Hertfordshire, you will be able to work a maximum of 15 hours per week regardless of whether you are a home or international student.
