The Student Account Management team offer one-to-one drop-in sessions for students who would like to discuss their outstanding debt.
Please note we cannot offer instalment plans or extensions – the drop-in is just an opportunity for us to talk about your outstanding fees, the next steps and any support we can signpost you to.
These sessions are only for students who are struggling to pay their fees. To check your balance or outstanding amount, please either send an email or phone the university. You don't need to complete the form for these queries.
