Why you may need to complete a UKVI consent form
During your studies, the Student Immigration Team (SIT) may contact you to make sure the University has the correct information about your immigration status.
You may need to complete a UKVI consent form if:
- your visa expires during your studies and we need to contact UKVI for an update on your visa application
- you would like the University to contact UKVI on your behalf with questions about your immigration status.
How to complete the UKVI consent form
- Complete all sections of the UKVI consent form.
- Email your completed form to the Student Immigration Team at sitcompliance@herts.ac.uk.
How long does it take to receive a response?
UKVI can take up to 5 working days to respond to a request.
The Student Immigration Team will let you know as soon as a response has been received.
