Your University Login Account

Your University Login account provides access to a wide range of online systems and services.

You can use your personal University username and password for all University online services including StudyNet.  Keep it confidential and safe!

Nobody from the University will ever ask you for your password and you should never give it out to anybody.

Please remember to keep your details up to date on the Student Record system https://www.studentrecord.herts.ac.uk (students) and HR system (staff) to make sure notification messages are sent to the correct contact details.

Protect your University login account with multifactor authentication (MFA) 

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds another layer of security to your online accounts by verifying your identity using a second factor and prevents anyone but you from logging in, even if they know your password.

When does my University online account expire?

Students: your University login account will be closed 6 months after the leaving date detailed in your Student Record.  Once your account is closed, we are unable to recover your saved work and emails.
