Who this applies to
This page is for UH Online (distance learning) undergraduate students only.
It does not apply to:
- campus-based undergraduate students
- foundation or initial year students
- postgraduate students
- TMUC students
If you are not a UH Online undergraduate student, follow the guidance for your course.

When do I need to pay?
You must pay for each module in the semester it starts.
Pay in full (100%)
You can choose to pay:
- the full academic year before registration, or
- per semester by the deadlines below
Semester deadlines
- Semester A (September to January): 12 September 2025
- Semester B (January to June): 9 January 2026
- Semester C (June to September): 8 May 2026
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Instalment plans are available for each semester. You can pay in 2, 3 or 4 instalments each semester.
Semester A
- 4 instalments: 25% on 1 August, 1 September, 1 October, 1 November 2025
- 3 instalments: 50% on 1 September, then 25% on 1 October and 1 November
- 2 instalments: 75% on 1 October, then 25% on 1 November
Semester B
- 4 instalments: 25% on 1 December 2025, 1 January, 1 February, 1 March 2026
- 3 instalments: 50% on 1 January, then 25% on 1 February and 1 March
- 2 instalments: 75% on 1 February, then 25% on 1 March
Semester C
- 4 instalments: 25% on 1 April, 1 May, 1 June, 1 July 2026
- 3 instalments: 50% on 1 May, then 25% on 1 June and 1 July
- 2 instalments: 75% on 1 June, then 25% on 1 July
How do I pay?
You pay through the online payment portal using:
- your Student ID
- a valid debit or credit card
Instalment plans:
- are set up using recurring card payments
- collect payments automatically
- send you a receipt each time

Important information
- You must set up a new instalment plan for each semester
- You need a valid debit or credit card
- If you miss a payment, a new instalment plan will not be offered
