Book an appointment to collect your BRP
Follow the instructions below if we have emailed you to tell you that your BRP has been delivered to the University.
Even if you have received notification from the courier TNT that your BRP has been delivered to the University that doesn’t mean you can collect it straight away.
It takes time to process a BRP before we can make it available for collection. When it is ready you will be sent an email with a link to book an appointment to collect it. Please do not email asking if your BRP is ready to collect as this only slows down the processing.
Please note that future appointments will be added regularly, so please check back another time if you cannot find a suitable appointment.

What to bring with you
- Your original Passport (not a copy)
- Your Decision Letter from the Home Office
