If you have chosen to collect your BRP from the University you will be emailed with instructions on how to collect your BRP.
NEW STUDENTS arriving to start a course in September 2023 who have requested BRP collection from the University will be contacted via email to explain how they can collect their BRP. The University will make every effort to ensure that your BRP is available for collection at the same time you complete your face-to-face registration. However, there may exceptional circumstances where this is not possible. If your BRP will not be available when you register you will be emailed with instructions on how to collect your BRP from the University.

Collect your BRP
Follow the instructions below if we have emailed you to tell you that your BRP has been delivered to the University.
Even if you have received notification from the courier TNT that your BRP has been delivered to the University that doesn’t mean you can collect it straight away.
It takes time to process a BRP before we can make it available for collection. When it is ready you will be sent an email to confirm that you can pick it up. The university will make every effort to ensure that your BRP is available for collection at your face-to-face registration.
If your BRP is due to be sent to the University then you will still be able to register without your BRP as long as you have your immigration decision letter. You will also be able to attend classes whilst you are waiting to collect your BRP as long as you have completed Stage 2 registration.
What to bring with you
- Your original Passport (not a copy)
- Your Decision Letter from the Home Office
Once you have collected your BRP
- Check your BRP card for any errors
Collecting a Dependant BRP?
