🏢 If you can’t use the App

You’ll need to book and attend a biometric enrolment appointment at a UKVCAS Service Point after submitting your online Student Visa application. If you didn’t upload your documents when submitting your application online, you will need to bring them to your appointment.

Bring these items to your appointment:

  • Your appointment confirmation (with QR code)
  • Your passport
  • Any supporting documents you didn’t upload online
  • At the appointment, you’ll confirm your identity and enrol your biometrics in a self‑service booth.

⚠️ Your visa application will not be processed until you have completed your biometric enrolment.
