If you're finding it difficult to pay for healthcare costs, you may be eligible for financial support through the NHS Low Income Scheme.

How do I apply?
To check whether you're eligible, complete an HC1 form.
You can get an HC1 form by:
- Collecting one from the UH Medical Centre
- Ordering an HC1 form online
