Herts Mobile, the app for University of Hertfordshire Students, Staff, and Visitors.
With Herts Mobile you can:
- Access your virtual ID card which you can use to scan in and out of College Lane and de Havilland LRCs, access Hertfordshire Students' Union events, and use as proof of eligibility for any discounted UH ticket on UNO bus.
- Get library reminders for book reservations, items due for return, and overdue items.
- Use the Maps feature to find your way around campus and show the location of facilities like water refill stations, lifts, first aid, defibrillators and see how busy the Learning Resources Centers are in real-time.
- View local bus stops and see upcoming departures.
- Receive notifications for timetable changes, events, and more. Choose the types of notification you’d like to receive so you only get the updates you’re interested in.
- Find answers to your questions with Ask Herts including information on Registration, Food and Drink, Sports, Entertainment, Societies, and more.
- Find available computers by building, floor, and zone.
- Plan your LRC visit and check how busy it is
Select notifications and then manage your subscriptions to enable the notifications you want to see.

Wayfinding update
On the Herts Mobile home screen, you'll find that Wayfinding has been replaced by Maps.
- Maps is a new development with some additional features and, unlike Wayfinding, can pinpoint your location on campus, helping you to navigate from one place to the next.
