What support can a Mental Health Advisor provide?
Mental Health Advisors support students experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties.
They can help by:
- Providing advice and practical support
- Helping you manage the impact of mental health difficulties on your studies
- Explaining available support options
- Helping you access specialist services where appropriate
Our trained and experienced team is here to support you throughout your studies.
Please note that Mental Health Advisors are not counsellors or psychotherapists. Mental health advisory support and counselling are separate services.
How do I access mental health support?
To access support, complete the Student Wellbeing self-referral form.
