Search your Paid time claims
- Log into the University HR System at www.hr.herts.ac.uk
- to search your Paid time claims, from your Dashboard, go to My time in the left menu and the Paid time tile
- by default, the search parameters are set to display all claims from the last three months and are pre-filtered to show In progress (submitted, but yet to be reviewed by the ambassadors team)
- if required, change the Paid time filter to Authorised to see all claims that have already been authorised
- if the claim you are searching for was submitted in the last three months you can click the column headers to sort the claims. Start can be used to search by the oldest claims first, click Status twice so that any ‘Refused’ claims will display at the top of the list
- if the claim that you are searching for is listed, click it to select that claim from the table - the Paid time form will open
- if the claim that you are searching for is not listed, use the Start date and End date search fields to find claims from a specific time period and click Search.
Edit and resubmit a Paid time claim
You can edit Paid time claims but only if they are Awaiting authorisation or have been rejected by the ambassadors team. If they have already been authorised, but you need to delete the claim, please get in touch with the team.
- Log into the University HR System at www.hr.herts.ac.uk
- to edit a Paid time claim, from your Dashboard, go to My time in the left menu and the Paid time tile
- click to open the claim you wish to edit - you can search your claims to find the one you're looking for. If you are editing a rejected claim, please go to the rejected claim email and read the reason from the ambassador team first
- make the required changes to the claim and click Save – the claim status will be Awaiting authorisation. The claim will now be forwarded to the ambassador team for approval.
Delete a Paid time claim
You can delete a submitted Paid time claim if it has not been authorised (eg the Status is Awaiting authorisation) or has been rejected by the ambassadors team. If they have already been authorised, but you need to delete the claim, please get in touch with the team.
- Log into the University HR System at www.hr.herts.ac.uk
- to delete a Paid time claim, from your Dashboard, go to My time in the left menu and the Paid time tile
- click to open the claim you wish to delete
- scroll to the bottom of the claim and select Delete - a confirmation will display, click Confirm to succesfully delete your claim.
