If you are aged between 16-25 and have caring responsibilities for a family member, friend with an illness or disability, mental health condition or an addiction, you may be eligible for additional support from the Student Success team at the University of Hertfordshire. This does not include caring for your own child.
What can we offer you?
The Student Success team are dedicated to supporting you to be successful throughout your journey at Herts and beyond.
- Personalised support – including a dedicated point of contact and individual advice and guidance, with support for a Study Needs Agreement where required.
- Financial support – including a bursary worth £500 per year of undergraduate study (subject to eligibility checks), and access to the Student Opportunity Fund, to support you with experiences to benefit your studies andfuture career.
