Lost or forgotten your ID card?
If you've lost, forgotten or misplaced your student ID card before an exam, you can still sit your exam.
You can:
- Use your Virtual ID card in the Ask Herts mobile app.
- Collect a temporary ID slip during Semester A or Semester B exam periods.
Get a temporary ID slip
You can collect a temporary ID slip from the Ask Herts Hub, de Havilland from 8.30am during opening hours.
How long is a temporary ID slip valid?
The temporary slip is valid for one week from the day you receive it.
