Lost or misplaced ID cards
If you forget, lose, or misplace your student ID and you have an exam, you can still take your exam.
You have two options:
- Use your Virtual ID card on the Ask Herts mobile app.
- Get a temporary ID slip during the Semester A or Semester B exam periods.
Where to get the temporary ID slip
You can collect it from the Ask Herts Hub de Havilland starting from 8:30am and anytime during their opening hours.
How long is a temporary ID slip valid?
The temporary slip is valid for one week from the day you receive it.
