You can sync your timetable with most mobile devices.
Find your 'calendar URL' on your StudyNet homepage. Right click on the 'Subscribe to your calendar' link underneath your calendar timeline, and click on 'copy link'. Then use the relevant links below for a step by step guide to connecting your device.

Apple iPhone/iPad devices
1. Open the Calendar app on iPhone/iPad.
2. Click on the "Calendars" button at the bottom of the screen to add a calendar.
3. Click on "Add Calendar" at the bottom left hand of the screen, then click "Add Subscription Calendar". Then paste the Calendar URL.
Please Note: If you get the error message 'An identical Subscribed Calendar account already exists' this is because you have set this up on another device and are using iCloud to sync across devices. |
Android Phones and Google Calendar
1. Login to your Google Calendar via a web browser (calendar.google.com) and in the left column, click the '+' next to Other Calendars section. Please note you can only create new calendars from a browser and not from the Google Calendar app.
2. Select From URL.
3. A text box will appear, prompting you to enter/paste the URL to your calendar feed.
4. Click Add Calendar.
Please note: Subscribed Calendar will be synced to all Android mobile devices logged in with the same Google account. If the time/date seems incorrect, check settings to ensure the correct time zone and date format first. |
Microsoft Outlook
1. Make sure the Outlook programme on your PC is open.
2. Go to your timetable page on StudyNet.
3. When you click on Subscribe to your calendar, it will prompt you to open application you'd like to sync your calendar to.
4. Once selected your Outlook app, it will ask you to give your calendar a name and go through setting options. Once finalised, click Import.
Outlook.com Calendar
1. Sign into Outlook.com, and click on the .
2. Click on Add Calendar, and then select Subscribe from web.
3. Paste the Calendar URL, then select Import.

Apple Calendar (Mac)
- Open the iCal program (Calendar in Applications) on your Mac.
- Click the iCal feed URL (Subscribe to your timetable) on your StudyNet 'Timetable' page.
- Click Subscribe.
- You can change the Name, Colour, and update the Auto-refresh frequency to Every day or Every hour, then click OK.
Please Note: We do not recommend using No or Every Week for Auto-refresh as your timetable may change |
- The events should now appear in your calendar.
Please Note: If you select your iCloud in the Location field, the subscribed calendar will be synced to all Apple mobile devices with the same Apple ID connected to the iCloud. |
How to Unsubscribe ‘My Timetable' Calendar feed:
iPhone and iPad
- Select Settings.
- Mail, Contacts, Calendars or Calendars depending on iOS version
- Scroll to Subscribed calendars
- Tap on the calendar you wish to delete.
- Scroll down to Delete Calendar
- Turn iphone\ipad off and back on.
Google and Android Calendar
- Select Other calendars – Settings.
- Scroll down to Other Calendars.
- Select Unsubscribe next to the ical calendar.
- Select the Unsubscribe button to remove the calendar.
- Click Back to Calendar.
Microsoft Outlook 2016
- Right-click on Calendar Name.
- Select Delete Calendar.
- Click Yes to remove Calendar.
Outlook.com Calendar
- Right-click on Calendar name.
- Select Remove calendar.
Apple Calendar (Mac)
- Right-click on Calendar in Calendars app.
- Select Unsubscribe.
- Delete to remove the Calendar.
