When will I receive my Welcome letter?
If you have firmly accepted an unconditional offer, your welcome letter will be available no earlier than 40 days before your course start date.
You'll receive an email when your joining instructions are ready. Follow the link in the email or log in to the Registration Portal using your student ID number.

What's in my welcome letter?
Your welcome letter includes important information for your first weeks at Herts, including:
- Your first session date, time and location
- Any pre-reading or course materials
- Information to help you prepare for your studies

Below your first session details in the Registration Portal, you'll find important programme documents.
These may include:
- Your induction timetable

- Pre-course activities
- Recommended reading
