Proof of identity in exams

Proving your identity - ID cards

How do I prove my identity in an exam?

When you attend an exam you need to provide proof of your identity by placing your university ID card on your exam desk. Virtual ID cards are also acceptable as proof of identity in exams.

⚠️No other form of proof of identity will be accepted.

Your ID card needs to be legible with your photo on it. An ID card that has been defaced or has no recognisable photo is not acceptable.
