Mental health support
Mental health, good or bad, affects all of us. You don’t have to be mentally ill to experience mental health. Many mental health problems are transitory and short-lived but some are longer. So if you think you might benefit from support from our mental health team but are unsure if it is for you, get in touch and we can give you all the information you need to help you to decide. And if you are concerned about another student’s mental health, then please come and speak to us for advice.
Appointments are available:
- Face to face
- Online (video call)
- By phone
All support is confidential. Our experienced advisors and counsellors provide high-quality support in person and online.
Accessibility and disability support
If you have a disability, long-term health condition or specific learning difference, we can help you succeed at university.
Our trained Accessibility and Disability Advisers will:
- Talk through how your condition may affect your studies
- Agree reasonable adjustments and support with you
- Help put the right support in place
We understand that sharing this information can feel difficult. Your information will always be handled confidentially.
