What support does the Chaplaincy offer?
The Chaplaincy provides spiritual, social and pastoral support for all University of Hertfordshire students, whether you have a faith or no faith.
You can contact the Chaplaincy if you would like:
- someone to talk to
- support with spiritual or faith-related questions
- a quiet place to pray, reflect or relax
- opportunities to meet other students
- information about faith communities and places of worship
- support if you are feeling lonely or struggling
Everyone is welcome.
Meet the Chaplaincy team
The Chaplaincy includes volunteer chaplains from different faith backgrounds, including:
- Judaism
- Islam
- Buddhism
- Christianity
- Hinduism

Prayer and reflection spaces
Students can access multi-faith spaces across campus for:
- prayer
- worship
- reflection
- meditation
- quiet time

Joining a faith society is a great way to meet students who share your beliefs and interests.
