A Western Australian Government programme providing self help resources, including information sheets and workbooks on a number of topics including depression.

HelpGuide A series of American guides on a variety of common mental and emotional health issues (including depression).
The Samaritans The Samaritans offer you a safe place to talk any time you like, in your own way, about whatever's bothering you.
Side by Side Side by side is a supportive online community where you can listen, share and be heard.
