Free 24/7 Helpline via Health Assured:
Alongside our inhouse service, we have a Student Assistance Programme, called Health Assured. If you want to speak to someone more immediately about a difficulty you are experiencing, you can speak with a trained therapist anytime, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, on the freephone helpline 0800 028 3766.
You can have support if you are feeling low, depressed, or anxious or experiencing difficult life events. You can also call if you need financial, legal, non-urgent medical advice. Qualified counsellors are available to respond to your call as well as a team specialised in the areas of bereavement, finance, law and medical care. Further support and resources are available on the Wisdom App, available at: https://wisdom.healthassured.org/login which you can access by using the University of Hertfordshire code: MHA191133
