It's normal to feel stressed out, and have ups and downs emotionally. But if you are finding that your usual ways of coping aren't working or you are feeling persistently negative and overwhelmed, it can be time to seek additional help.

Been diagnosed with depression?

If your depression is on-going and you need additional support you can speak to a member of the Student Wellbeing Mental Health team about the possibility of arranging a Study Needs Agreement and getting support and adjustments fo rstudy.
