Apprentices have access to a wide variety of services and support mechanisms in the same way as traditional students. As a Herts student, it is important to register your attendance each time you are on campus for every timetabled session, by swiping your ID card on an electronic check-In reader.

The Degree Apprenticeships Administration team are available to answer any queries and offer advice and support where necessary. | |
Student Centre |
The Ask Herts, is on hand to offer support and advice for a number of areas including registry, finances, parking permits, council tax, ID cards and more. Their opening hours can be found here. | |
Academic Support |
Each Apprentice will be assigned an academic liaison tutor within their school. For any support with your academic studies, or to notify of a change of circumstance please contact your Academic Tutor or contact the Ask Herts. | |
Student's Union |
As a registered student of the University, the Students Union are able to offer a range of services and support during your study. You're also entitled to an NUS card which provides great discounts on a range of products. | |
Student Wellbeing |
Student Wellbeing are based in the Hutton Hub and offer a wide range of confidential services which include counselling, disability, mental health and health services. | |
Changing your details |
If any of your details change throughout your study, it is important that this information is updated on your Student Record. | |

Parking |
Apprentices who travel to the University by car and require parking must apply for a parking permit when on site. |
