ALL students must bring their Physical Passport for the team to check
You must bring proof of your visa. Follow the link below that relates to your visa type for guidance on what documents are required:

International students (Overseas)
The following documents to support your visa type:
- Your personal right-to-study share code as proof of your eVisa.
For guidance setting up your UKVI account and linking to your eVisa please follow the instructions on this video here. For guidance on creating a 'right-to-study' share code, please watch this video here. Make sure your share code is the correct type by selecting 'to prove status for anything else' when asked 'why do you need a share code?'.
For students on a Student Route Visa you will additionally need to:
- If your vignette has not been stamped, or if you have not been issued a vignette, please bring your boarding pass (physical or digital) or proof of entry into the country.
EU students (Overseas)
The following documents to support your visa type:
- Your personal right-to-study share code as proof of your eVisa.

Make sure your share code is the correct type by selecting 'to prove status for anything else' when asked 'why do you need a share code?'.
- Your boarding pass (physical or digital) or proof of entry into the country.
Short study students (Visitor Visas)
If you are joining us on a course which is 6 months or less (exchange students), please bring:
- Your boarding pass (physical or digital) or proof of entry into the country. This will ensure that the team can verify your route and date of entry into the country.
Evidence of entry into the UK can include: (Port entry stamp for short term study students if you were given one, e-gate tickets, boarding pass, flight details or booking itinerary) and must show your name and arrival date into the UK.

Important Notes
Any student who has entered the UK using an e-Gate must provide proof of entry to the UK e.g. Boarding pass
Face to face registration for Semester A will be located in the LRC on College Lane Campus (Campus Map).
To complete face to face registration and become fully 'Registered' you must have first completed online registration.
IMPORTANT: Without providing an accepted form of identification we will not be able to register you.
