Where to find your student timetable
Your timetable for the 2025–2026 academic year is available on the Timetable portal.
The portal looks similar to Outlook or Google Calendar and can be synced with your personal calendar
When your timetable will be available
- New students: Your timetable will be available after you complete the first stage of online registration.
- It can take up to three working days after registration for your full timetable to appear.
Your timetable will continue to be updated before your course starts as you:

- select optional modules (if applicable)
Your timetable is provisional and may change until the start of term.
To access your timetable as soon as possible
Make sure you:
- Register on your course

When it may take longer
You may see delays if:
- You are re-taking a module and updates depend on School or Board decisions
- Your School allocates tutorials, seminars or practicals after face-to-face registration
