Exam timetables & future exam sessions

How to access your own personal exam timetable and where to find dates of future exam sessions.

Current exam timetable

The Semester A timetable will be available here, once it is live.

You will need to use your Personal Exam Timetable to find your allocated room and seat number. Remember to check it up until the day of your exam to ensure there have been no changes to dates, times or locations.

When viewing your personal exam timetable, if you do not see an exam you are expecting to sit please contact exams@herts.ac.uk without delay for assistance.

Personal exam timetables are published four weeks ahead of the university's main exam sessions.

How to find your personal exam timetable

When available your personal exam timetable will be accessible via your Studynet homepage: How to access your personal timetable, Follow the link to timetables at the top of the page. Once on the timetables page a link to your personal exam timetable can be found at the foot of the page. To view your personal exam timetable from off-campus or on-site using the WiFi you will need to use the Secure Access Service (VPN). A guide to setting up and using Pulse Secure can be found on Ask Herts:  Using the UH Secure Access Service (VPN) - Pulse Secure set-up

Please note the Exams and Awards Office will not confirm individual students exam dates/times and cannot provide technical support.

If you have technical difficulties accessing StudyNet, setting up/using the VPN or viewing the timetable please contact the Library and Computer Services HelpDesk.
