Current exam timetable
The Semester A timetable will be available here, once it is live.
You will need to use your Personal Exam Timetable to find your allocated room and seat number. Remember to check it up until the day of your exam to ensure there have been no changes to dates, times or locations.
When viewing your personal exam timetable, if you do not see an exam you are expecting to sit please contact exams@herts.ac.uk without delay for assistance.
Personal exam timetables are published four weeks ahead of the university's main exam sessions.
How to find your personal exam timetable
Students with a Study Needs Agreement
If you have a study needs agreement you are likely to be in an alternative room. Please ensure you check your timetable fully, as an example, M136, M142 and M144 are computer rooms. N206A, N206B, M133 and M139 are small group rooms.

On the day of the exam
Make sure that you are familiar with the rules and regulations around exams.
Ensure you bring your student ID card and any stationery you need for your exam, this needs to be in a clear pencil case.
Ensure you are familiar with the policy on smart devices in exams.
Please make sure that you leave plenty of time to get to your exam. Student parking is available on College Lane campus and at the Park and Ride. There is no parking available to students on the De Havilland Campus, unless you have a valid Extenuating Circumstances permit – more information is on our Parking at Herts page.
You should be outside the room at least half an hour before the exam start time. If you are late, for any reason, you will not be allowed to sit the exam.
Calculators in exams
